# Get call

> GET https://api.nabrah.ai/api/ext/call/{call_id}

Group: Calls. Page: https://www.nabrah.ai/en/docs/api-reference/calls/get-call

Retrieve the complete record for a single call by its UUID. Returns the full call object including transcript, tool execution logs, analysis results, tags, and timing metadata. The call must belong to the project tied to your API key, otherwise a 404 is returned. Use this after you have a call_id from POST /api/ext/call/search, the analytics endpoint, or the response of a make-call request.

## Where the call_id comes from

This endpoint needs a concrete call UUID. You can obtain one in several ways:

- **From a search**: Call POST /api/ext/call/search and read calls[].id from the response. Fields: `id`.
- **From creating a call**: POST /api/ext/call/make-call returns call_ids[]; use any of those values. Fields: `call_ids`.

## Response shape (FullCall)

The 200 body is the complete call record. Key fields:

- **status**: Current lifecycle state of the call. One of queued, ringing, in-progress, completed, failed, etc. A freshly created call typically starts as queued.
- **call_type**: Direction of the call: inbound or outbound (web calls are also represented here).
- **transcript**: Ordered list of conversation turns. Empty until the call has audio to transcribe. Fields: `transcript`.
- **tool_logs**: Each entry records a tool invocation during the call: name, executed_at, success, the arguments passed, and the output returned. is_tool_deleted flags tools removed from the agent after the call. Fields: `executed_at`, `name`, `success`, `is_tool_deleted`, `tool_id`, `arguments`, `output`.
- **analysis_results**: Post-call analysis grouped by source (system or a custom analysis group). Each group lists its results and the originating analysis_group_id. Fields: `source`, `name`, `results`, `is_analysis_group_deleted`, `analysis_group_id`.
- **recording_file**: Internal reference to the recording. To download the audio, call GET /api/ext/call/get-download-link/{call_id} for a temporary signed URL rather than using this field directly. Fields: `recording_file`.

duration is in seconds; call_started_at / call_ended_at are ISO-8601 timestamps and may be null for calls that never connected.

## Authorization

- `X-API-Key` (string, header, required): your workspace API key.

## Path parameters

- `call_id` (string, required): UUID of the call to fetch. Obtain from POST /api/ext/call/search (calls[].id) or from the call_ids[] returned by POST /api/ext/call/make-call. Must belong to the project scoped by your API key.
