# Mark conversation as seen

Marks the conversation as seen by the agent/assignee, updating the server-side last-seen timestamp and clearing the unread state for the agent side. The path `id` selects the conversation; no request body is required. Returns the full updated conversation object (same shape as the get-conversation response), where `agent_last_seen_at`/`assignee_last_seen_at` and `unread_count` reflect the change.

- `id` (integer, required): Integer id of the conversation to mark as seen. From a list endpoint or `GET.../conversation/{id}`.
