# List ticket inboxes

Lists the ticket inboxes configured for the project tied to your API key. Each inbox represents a channel/queue (e.g. WhatsApp) with a `config` object controlling ticketing behavior. Use the returned `id`/`inbox_id` values when creating tickets or building filters, and to manage inbox config via PATCH/POST/DELETE on the same path.

## Response shape

- **inboxes[]**: Each inbox includes its database `id`, the channel `inbox_id`, `inbox_type` (e.g. `whatsapp`), `project_id`, display `name`, the `config` object, and `created_at` (ISO 8601 timestamp). Fields: `id`, `inbox_id`, `inbox_type`, `project_id`, `name`, `config`, `created_at`.

## Authorization

- `X-API-Key` (string, header, required): your workspace API key.
