Agent inbound links

Choose which agent answers the calls that arrive on each inbound trunk.

3 endpoints

  • POSTLink an agent to an inbound trunk/api/ext/agent-inbound-linkLinks an agent to a SIP inbound trunk so the agent answers calls arriving on that trunk.
  • GETList agent inbound links/api/ext/agent-inbound-linkReturns every agent↔inbound-trunk link in the workspace tied to your API key.
  • DELDelete agent inbound link/api/ext/agent-inbound-link/{link_id}Removes a single agent↔trunk association identified by link_id.
