Change ticket status

Changes the lifecycle status of the ticket identified by path id. Send the target status in the request body; when snoozing, also send snoozed_until as the Unix epoch (seconds) at which the ticket should reopen. Returns a boolean indicating success.

Request

status

Target lifecycle status, e.g. open, pending, resolved, or snoozed. These mirror the status filter on the list endpoints.

snoozed_until

Required only when status is snoozed: the Unix epoch timestamp (seconds) at which the ticket should automatically return to open. For non-snooze statuses set it to 0 or omit.

snoozed_until

Response is a bare boolean: true on success.
