Change conversation priority

Sets the priority of the conversation. The path id selects the conversation and the JSON body's priority field carries the new priority level (for example urgent, high, medium, low, or none to clear it). Returns a boolean indicating success. The resulting value is reflected in the priority field of the conversation in list and detail responses.
