Calls
Create an outbound phone call. You specify which agent handles the call (agent_id), the originating number (call_from), and the destination (call_to). call_to may be a single phone number or a list of destinations for batch dialing (up to 100). The response returns call_ids — always a list, with one element for a single call — which you can then poll with GET /api/ext/call/{call_id} or look up via search. This is the canonical outbound-call endpoint; /api/ext/make-call is an equivalent alias kept for backward compatibility.

}agent_idUUID of the agent that will conduct the call. Fetch available agents with GET /api/ext/agent.
agent_idcall_fromThe phone number or identifier the call originates from. Must be a number provisioned to your project.
call_fromcall_toThe destination. Use a single phone number for one call. (For batch dialing the API also accepts a list of destinations, up to 100, in which case call_ids returns one id per destination.)
call_toinjected_dataOptional free-form data injected into the call context. Only applied for single-destination calls.
injected_datavariablesOptional key/value map of template variables made available to the agent's prompt during the call.
variablestagsOptional labels attached to the call(s); useful later as filters in search, analytics, and export.
tagscall_idsList of created call UUIDs. For a single call it contains one id. Use these with GET /api/ext/call/{call_id} to track status and retrieve the transcript.
call_idsAliases and follow-ups:
Identical backward-compatible alias of this endpoint. Prefer this canonical path (/api/ext/call/make-call).
Fetch the full record (status, transcript, analysis) for a returned call_id.
X-API-KeystringheaderrequiredYour workspace API key. Create one in the dashboard under API keys.
Place one outbound call to a single number.
