Assign conversation

Assigns the conversation to a workspace member (agent). The conversation is identified by the path id and the assignee by assignee_id in the JSON body. Returns a boolean indicating success. To unassign, refer to the inbox UI behavior — pass the appropriate assignee reference for your workspace; assignee identifiers correspond to workspace members.
