Mark conversation as seen
Marks the conversation as seen by the agent/assignee, updating the server-side last-seen timestamp and clearing the unread state for the agent side. The path id selects the conversation; no request body is required. Returns the full updated conversation object (same shape as the get-conversation response), where agent_last_seen_at/assignee_last_seen_at and unread_count reflect the change.
