Assign ticket

Assigns the ticket identified by path id to a specific agent/user. Pass the target user in assignee_id in the request body. Returns a boolean indicating whether the assignment succeeded. The user must belong to the same project as the ticket.

Request

assignee_id

Identifier of the user/agent to assign the ticket to. After a successful assignment the ticket moves into the assigned bucket (reflected in list meta counts).

assignee_id

Response is a bare boolean: true on success, false otherwise.
