A workspace is the organizational environment within Nabrah. It contains agents, voices, call logs, analytics, team members, and billing. Every action and credit consumption is tracked per workspace.
My Workspaces is the central page where all workspaces owned or shared with the account are listed. From here, switch between workspaces, manage settings, and control team access.
Multiple workspaces
One account can own or be a member of multiple workspaces. Each workspace operates independently with its own agents, voices, data, and credit balance. Credits are not shared across workspaces.
Team members
The workspace owner can invite team members and assign each one a role that controls what they can access and modify within the workspace.
Roles
Role | Access level |

Owner | Full control over the workspace including billing, team management, and ownership transfer |
Admin | Near-full control can manage agents, members, and settings but cannot transfer ownership |
Editor | Can create and modify content within the workspace |
Viewer | Read-only access |
Custom | The owner defines exactly what the member can view and edit |
Assign roles carefully. Owner and Admin grant broad control over the entire workspace.
Ownership transfer
The workspace owner can transfer ownership to any existing team member from the workspace settings in My Workspaces. After transfer, the previous owner's role is reassigned by the new owner.
